If you are a Premium or Paid Customer, our refund policy is very clear or transparent with our existing or newly Customers:
- We firstly would like to know the reasons for refund, so that we can improve our services much more & till 100% Customer satisfaction level.
- We calculate refund amount on pro-rata basis based on following condition:
- Subscription started date to end date and till used period.
- Subscription total points given and subscription points used.
- We calculate deduction on pro-rata base where condition (a) and (b) whichever used on higher side, that calculated amount will take for deduction from already paid amount, rest amount we will release.
- Any kind of Taxes / Bank Charges / Payment Gateway Charges / Swift Charges or any other charges and commission was occurred during payment process from buyer or seller side that will not be the part of refund.
- CGPL Corpiness Global (P) Ltd has the right to change in refund policy any time by sending an advance notice to its existing clients.
